The project is located in Shangqiu, a historic and cultural city in Henan Province, situated in the business center area of the Day and Night Lake. The project’s superior location determines its positioning as a “high-end residential area.” The city’s unique cultural heritage, rooted in a millennium of scholarly traditions, a philosophy that respects nature, and an inclusive and open mindset, serves as the cultural DNA for the project. The architectural design highlights an exquisite and minimalist borderless facade style, a three-dimensional permeating sunken courtyard space planning, and an innovative breakthrough in the product design with a 6.6m double-height atrium. The design responds to the city’s temperament through a freehand approach, ensuring that the project embodies market appeal, innovation, quality, and contemporary relevance.
